SHREDDED BEEF WITH SWEET BEAN SAUCE

Ingredients:

200g tender beef, 100g scallions

Seasoning:

(1)   5g cooking wine, 5g soy sauce, 5g cornstarch

(2) 10g sweet bean paste, 5g cooking wine, 15g sugar

Method:

1.      Shred beef and marinate in seasoning (1) for 10 minutes. Shred scallions and soak in water.

2.      Blanch beef through smoking oil and remove, mix seasoning (2) and 3T water well and heat 2T oil wok, return beef and stir-fry.

3.      Remove scallions from water, drain and line evenly on serving plate, top with beef. Mix well before serving.
